CRM: Client don’t know what they really want?
CLIENTS DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY REALLY WANT
It is a common scenario that customers realize that they have a need, that their present accounting systems are in one way or another, lacking. However, they are not aware of the exact program that they require. It is therefore the service provider’s job to articulate that need to the client, explain well, and provide the solution.
Communication Gap
To bridge this communication gap, program developers should be able to provide a ready-to-serve system that is almost “generic,” a menu prepared over time, culled from experience and the study of different company situations and requirements. This set program would either be sufficient come presentation time, or at the very least, be a good backbone for add-ons to come up with a system that is both unique and suited to your client’s specific needs.
